We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). 
Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

FUEL CONSUMPTION

Materials

- The structure of the biofireplace is made of natural beech wood, which is covered with white paint and varnished.
- The bioethanol burner is made of stainless steel, is heat resistant and has TÜV certification, so it will last for many years.
- The biofireplace has heat-resistant tempered glass flame protection with a temperature reserve of up to 250°C, while the temperature of the biofireplace reaches only 120-150°C.

Environmentally friendly

- Biofireplaces use environmentally friendly and non-polluting liquid bioethanol, the origin of which is plant-based.
- It is obtained through a natural process by fermenting plants such as beets, sugarcane, etc., and also by distilling the starch present in corn and wheat.

Certification
